How much does one hairstyle image cost?
20 credits with Preview or 45 with Detail, at either resolution. That is about $0.17–$0.25 per Preview image and $0.39–$0.56 per Detail image, from the largest plan to the smallest pack.
Do new accounts get free credits?
No. Registration is free, and every image uses purchased credits from the first one. The smallest pack costs $4.99 for 400 credits, enough for 20 Preview images.
Do unused credits expire?
Purchased and subscription credits stay on your balance while your account is open, so you can use them for future hairstyles.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account page. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get my credits back if a generation fails?
Yes. Failed and cancelled generations are refunded to your balance automatically, so you only pay for images you receive.
